Borders 2019 User Meetings

Border’s User Meetings are all about helping users get the most from their investment in CounterAct. They are also a great networking opportunity for clients to exchange thoughts, views and ideas on how they are using their CounterAct technology.

The day will include a full review of the CounterAct developments during the last 12 months.

Border will also be demonstrating some highlights from the newest CounterAct release (2.7C). These will include enhancements that will allow customers to have collection documentation emailed direct rather than printed. It also includes an option to have proof of collection and delivery automatically emailed to the customer when the image is available or with the invoice.

Border will demonstrate and discuss the web development facilities that now exist within the group and show examples of tailor-made trading websites that are fully integrated with CounterAct by utilising the Magento E Commerce platform.

Finally, Border will be launching phase 2 of its Business to Business web portal at the meeting. This new Trade Website option, will give CounterAct users the ability to provide their trade customer with a secure direct logon where they can generate sales orders either for delivery or click and collect, all with their agreed terms pricing structure.

To finish there will be a discussion on Border’s future development road map plans for CounterAct. The user meeting is a vital tool in providing feedback from users on what additional facilities they wish to see added to CounterAct in the future.

The meetings will take place on:

• Northern User Meeting – 12th February, Marriott Worsley Park, Manchester • Midlands User Meeting – 13th February, Innovation Centre, Market Harborough • South/West User Meeting – 14th February, Marriott St Pierre, Chepstow

The User Meetings are free and available to all current CounterAct users.
